about Chante Bise
Chante Bise sits on a hill overlooking Hernicourt, a small hamlet outside the town of St. Pol sur Termoise. The house has 360 degree panoramic views.
layout
The house has a large lounge with a dining area, kitchen, utility room, bathroom, toilet and a large double bedroom downstairs. All the ground floor rooms to the back of the house have French doors opening onto the garden. Upstairs has a further four bedrooms (one double and three single), a toilet and large mezzanine hall with French doors leading to a small balcony.
facilities
The house has been recently renovated and has double glazing, oil central heating and a working open fire. The utility room houses a fridge freezer and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob and a dishwasher.
sleeping
The double bedroom downstairs has a king size bed and French doors opening onto the garden, there are three single bedrooms upstairs and a second double bedroom. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a bath with a shower attachment.
entertainment
The lounge has a television that shows all the BBC and ITV channels; it also has a DVD player. Upstairs in the mezzanine hall there is a portable TV/video player with a DVD, it is only for watching videos and DVDs. There is a selection of videos, DVDs, board games and books in the house.
